Emotions: A User's Guide
Emotions shape how you feel, act, and relate to the world, yet most people have never been taught how to understand or manage them. This two-session course offers a clear and practical introduction to working with your emotions.
The first session, Understanding Emotions, explores what emotions are, why they arise, and how they influence perception and decision-making. The second session, Dealing with Anger, Fear and Hurt, focuses on some of the more challenging emotional experiences. Through greater understanding, you will learn how to manage these emotions, maintaining calm, clarity, and strength even in difficult situations.
This course equips you with the knowledge and tools to engage with your emotions maturely, so they support your growth rather than disrupt it.
