Vedanta
Vedanta, derived from the words Veda (knowledge) and anta (end), means the culmination of knowledge. It is a teaching that helps us understand life and the fundamental principles that govern our experiences. With this understanding, we are able to live dynamically and productively, while remaining peaceful and content within. Ultimately, it leads to the recognition of our true Self.
Vedanta Goa
Vedanta Goa offers an opportunity for enquiry, reflection, and learning through talks, courses and classes. It encourages thoughtful exploration and a clearer understanding of life.
Our Teachers
Our teachers are graduates of the three-year residential program at the Vedanta Academy, trained under the guidance of Swami A. Parthasarathy. They present this teaching with clarity, depth, and practical relevance for modern living.

Swami A. Parthasarathy

The work of the organisation draws its inspiration from Swami A. Parthasarathy, affectionately known as Swamiji. Widely regarded as a leading philosopher and author, he has dedicated over six decades to the selfless service of humanity.
Swamiji's unique contribution lies in presenting the timeless principles of Vedanta in contemporary thought and language, enabling individuals to lead lives that are both peaceful and effective.
In 1988, he established the Vedanta Academy, an institution of learning designed to impart the knowledge of Vedanta to young students from across the world.
